At Diane we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order we offer returns and exchanges subject to the conditions below. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to return an item purchased from our online store, you may request a return within 30 days
of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- All original tags and labels must still be attached.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging where applicable.
Diane reserves the right to decline a return or exchange if these conditions are not met.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are
faulty:
- Hair accessories
- Bodysuits
- Undergarments
- Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide return instructions.
- Customers may either:
* Arrange and cover the cost of returning the item via courier or
* Return the item directly to our showroom during operating hours. - Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.
- Once received, the item will be inspected.
- If approved a refund or exchange will be processed.
Please note that returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they have been received
by Diane.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping and courier fees are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us within 7 days ofreceiving your order. We may request photographs to assist with the assessment.
Once verified, Diane will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund at no additional cost to you.
